Did someone know, what chainsaw is used in this film ? I want to do wiki site, related to this one - Internet Movie Melee Weapons DataBase (IMMWDB) (cause only some special melee weapons can be here), so i very interested in such information. --[[User:Kloga|Kloga]] 22:22, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

I was watching Scarface today and I noticed a submachine gun not previously identified. It is being used by one of Sosa's men during the attack on Tony's mansion, and it appears to be either a Carl Gustav M/45 or a Madsen M50 with a barrel shroud. It can only be seen very briefly during a long shot so it's impossible to get a positive ID. I don't believe it's a S&W M-76 as I looked closely at the wire stock on the movie smg and it doesn't conform to the type found on the M-76. The gun can be seen right after the 2nd time Tony uses the M203, on Sosa's men standing in the entrance to the mansion. When they hit the ground after the explosion the smg can be seen on the left-hand side of the screen, landing on its butt and standing up straight for a couple of seconds, before falling to the floor. I will leave it to others to decide if it's worth adding to the page, as it's seen so briefly and it will be hard to get a decent screenshot.--[[User:Phillb36|Phillb36]] 17:24, 8 October 2011 (CDT)

Gina's revolver isn't a Smith & Wesson Model 36. It's a Colt Detective Special or something like that because when i watched the movie yesterday (13 september 2009) it ứa able to fire 6 shots. User: Colt

You're wrong. It clearly has a 5-round cylinder, not a 6-round cylinder. The filmmakers obviously made an error by having her fire 6 shots. It's not the first time they've done that in a film. -Gunman69 21:57, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

How the hell does you guys know that Mel Bernsteins revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 36? It was holstered.

Take a look at the grips. Now look at a picture of an S&W 36. You'll notice they are the same. -Gunman69 18:08, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

New Screencaps

Remember, if you're adding MORE screencaps, they had better be a good shot of the weapon of they will be deleted. We don't want endless shots where we can't see the gun. MoviePropMaster2008 04:17, 22 November 2009 (UTC)

Tony's Faux M203

The Mossberg 500 entry on the Predator page states that the breech of this specific type of fake M203 doesn't open in the same manner that the real M203 does, yet the first screencap for the weapon on this page shows the barrel open just like a real M203 with a grenade loaded into it. So either the Predator page is incorrect, or the shown faux launcher wasn't the type used in the film. Spartan198 13:01, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Pt. 2

Tony runs through his office with his M16A1, his primary magazine is only partially inserted into the magazine well.

What does this comment mean? Looks inserted to me, I'm worried about the Grenade falling out.

- It means the magazine isn't fully inserted in the weapon itself. You can have a mag stuck in there but still not have it properly and completely inserted/engaged. If you were to try and fire it as such, I'm sure it'd misfeed/jam.

As for the 203, I'm sure that shot is taken as he closing the 40mm round in the 203. Though it looks like it's falling out in this screenshot, I don't believe that's the case if you watch the scene itself. StanTheMan 16:03, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
