It didn't look that square to me. But I was too busy engrossed in the movie to actually notice. --[[User:Cool-breeze|cool-breeze]] 10:58, 24 April 2011 (CDT)
The black and silver framed handgun fired by the villain and later seized by Colter is a Ruger SR9.I dont have screenshots to prove it, but its a very similar looking weapon to a Glock, as it uses the same trigger type.I recognized it instantly as I owned an SR9 myself.  If you look carefully you will see a red marking on the slide ( that is covered when the frame mounted safety is engaged),and a small red 'flag' on top of the slide. That 'flag' is the loaded chamber indicator, and the size and color is unique to the SR9/SR40 model.

I've just watched the trailer and I almost certain that the revolver is a Colt Detective Special --Taurus96 19:10, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Just seen the film and I think the villain (not spoiling it for anyone) has a Beretta Px4 Storm. I'm not 100% sure though because you don't really see it that clearly. --cool-breeze 14:00, 22 April 2011 (CDT)
