A [[Heckler & Koch Mark 23]] is seen in Snake's thigh holster, but isn't used at all during the game. This weapon also appears to be the basis for the design of the blaster pistols used by Fox McCloud and Falco Lombardi, and also Wolf O'Donnell's heavily modified version; Fox and Falco's versions are fitted with underbarrel laser pointers, Wolf's heavily modified version has a underbarrel mounted bayonet(!).

Cracker Launcher

The Cracker Launcher is a rocket launcher that fires fireworks up to 20 times. While fictional itself it appears to be modeled after a M136 AT4 but with some features missing such as all the markings are replaced with a simple up arrow and missing its sights and changes include its massive decrease in size, enlarged barrel and exhaust port, and a wider body in general.

Peanut Popgun

Diddy Kong uses the Peanut Popgun from DK64. The Peanut Popgun is true to its name as it fires Peanuts instead of actual ammunition. You can even eat the the fired peanuts which Octacon and Snake have a humorous conversation about:

Snake: "Otacon, there's a chimpanzee here wearing a Nintendo hat."

Otacon: "That's Diddy Kong. He's Donkey Kong's partner. Not only is he lightweight, he can use a wide range of weapons as well. He can fly using those barrel jets on his back, and he can shoot nuts with his Peanut Popgun."

Snake: "Peanuts? As in the ones in the little shells? Are you serious?"

Otacon: "Wait, here's the best part. You see them lying on the ground after he shoots? If you pick up some of those peanuts, they'll restore your health a little."

Snake: "Hmm. Edible ammunition, huh... Times sure have changed."

Diddy aims the Peanut Popgun.
