::So far it is not.  But that can change.  If NO ONE can get the DVD for screencapping, then it is not considered 'available to the general public'.  Youtube does NOT count.  ANything just released on youtube does not count as a mainstream commercial release.  [[User:MoviePropMaster2008|MoviePropMaster2008]] 02:29, 30 January 2012 (CST)

So far it is not. But that can change. But for now.... if NO ONE can get the DVD for screencapping, then it is not considered 'available to the general public' and does not qualify.
