Developed by Altar Interactive, UFO: Aftermath is a real-time tactics game heavily inspired by the original X-COM, (Altar bought the rights to a cancelled X-com successor, The Dreamland Chronicles: Freedom Ridge, though Altar found the game's engine too unfinished to be usuable and made their own game using some of the story concepts from it.) just like the original X-COM, the player will fight battles on a tactical view, just now in real time and use a geoscape view to select missions and pursue research and development of weaponry to fight back the Alien Threat that has almost completely wiped out humanity.

Many weapons in the game are capable of a "Burst" firing mode, though often single-shot weapons such as handguns have a "Burst" mode, any weapon that isn't a Sniper Rifle, Shotgun or Rocket Launcher usually has a burst function, the game also splits weapons into "Pistols", "Rifles and "Heavy" weapons, which often feature weapons that are simply "close enough" in that catagory. (for instance all submachine guns use the "Pistol" catagory and skill and Shotguns go into the "Rifles" catagory in-game, Sniper Rifles also go into the "Rifles" catagory in the equipment menu despite using their own seperate aiming skill.)
Shotguns
While the game does correctly track what caliber a weapon uses in the in-game Glossary, weapons use non-interchangable magazines in-gameplay.
Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 appears as one of the two shotguns in Aftershock.

The M1911A1 appears, alongside the Uzi, Shotgun and basic Grenade as one of your infinitely available weaponry, while the Colt has good damage for a handgun, it has relatively low range and capacity
F-1 Grenade
A Grenade heavily based on the F-1 hand grenade appears as the "Fragmentation Grenade".

Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The Desert Eagle Mark XIX appears chambered in .357 as one of the usuable handguns.

Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War is a portable spin-off in the Brothers in Arms series and the fourth game in the series developed by Gameloft

The game is a third person cover shooter with the player having one AI "Brother" per level that they can choose from a selection, with each squadmate having a unique ability and using a different firearm.

Submachine Guns/Machine Pistols
The game also features an upgrade system, so many weapons have inaccurate stats. (Such as starting with below a regular magazine initially then increasing over the realistic capacity when maxed out.)

IMI UZI
Also infamously, the game added "Experimental" weapons, frankengun fictional weapons firing electified bullets that can pass through walls, (Something not even the in-game Anti-Tank Rifles can manage.) outside of the lack of realism, these weapons required a massive grind or paying for a special currency to unlock and dominated the game's multiplayer mode.

The Uzi appears available in infinite quantity from the start of the game.

Sa Skorpion Hybrid
__TOC__<br clear="all">

The Skorpion SA machine pistol appears as the lightest submachine gun in the game, making it a good submachine gun for units with low strength.
Pistols
It has the wooden grip of a Vz.61, is called the Vz.83 and the in-game glossary claims it is chambered in 9mm which neither version was available in.

The game's protagonist, Sergeant Cole Wright, carries a 1911 in a leg holster during the game, it is unusable by the player.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Luger P08
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 appears in the game as the "MP5".
The Luger P08 appears on a table that is flipped over in one cutscene, like the Colt, it is not usable.

'Heckler & Koch MP7
A  MP7 appears as usable SMG

FN P90
Unknown Modern Pistol
The FN P90 submachine gun appears in-game.
An unknown modern pistol, presumably re-used from Gameloft's Modern Combat series, appears during two cutscenes in the game, once in the hands of Sam Foster briefly and used by Cole Wright in the final cutscene, it is the only pistol technically usable by the player, if only in a cutscene.

It's inclusion is odd considering how there are two era appropriate pistols already included.

Shotguns
Shotguns
M30 Luftwaffe Drilling
The M30 Luftwaffe Drilling appears as the cheapest shotgun, it holds only 2 shotgun shells initially and when upgraded holds 3 shells. (Presumably the rifle barrel is treated as if it holds shotgun shells.)

"Bechowiec MK2"
The "Bechoweic MK2" is a fictional successor to the Bechowiec-1 submachine gun with an unusable bayonet.

Sten
The first SMG the player obtains is a inaccurately modelled Sten that appears to take inspiration from thet Sten MK I.

"Pump Action"
A generic shotgun appears in-game with two oddities: The pre-rendered rotating weapon in the equipment menu has a more metalic texture than the icon/in-game shotgun and secondly, while called the generic name of "Pump Action" in the equipment menu, in the Glossary it is called the "Spas-12" despite clearly not being a Franchi SPAS-12.

NeoStead 2000
Auto Ordnance Thompson M1927
The 2000 shotgun appears as a usable shotgun.
A inaccurately full auto M1927 Thompson appears as the "Cutter 45", it is oddly in the "Assault Rifle" catagory instead of submachine guns. (The Assault catagory in-game is a weird mix of machine guns, the Cutter 45 submachine gun and the AK-47/Sturmgewehr 44.)

"Super Striker"
An odd weapon in the line-up, the "Super Striker" as it's called in-game (and "SuperStrike" in the Glossary description), is a Shotgun exclusively firing 20mm grenades instead of shotgun shells, it appears to be based on the Armsel Protecta.

Rifles
Izhmash AK-47
Karabiner 98k
The AK-47 appears in-game.
The Karabiner 98k appears once again as the main weapon of the German army, it has an infinite magazine as the "reload" animation for it is just working the bolt-action with a 1 shot "magazine".

M1 Garand
The Heckler & Koch G11 K2 appears as a weapon in-game, the weapon's unique magazine isn't shown as it still uses the same generic "Assault Rifle" Magazine Icon as other weapons.
The M1 Garand appears as one of the available rifles.

M1941 Johnson Machine Gun
The M1941 Johnson machine gun appears in both a normal and a "old" version, which is the player's free weapon that is available for multiplayer withot needing upgraded. == M72 LAW ==
Crossbow
The M72 LAW appears in the game with a fictionalized deisgn as the "OSAW" (Which according to the game, stands for "One Shot AW"), it was likely originally going to just be a LAW as the game seemingly calls it a LAW in the description for the fictionalized SMAW (While the LAW's description mentions the SMAW by it's in-game fictional name to compare the two.)
A Crossbow appears as one of the "Sniper Rifle" catagory weapons.

The Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk I equipped with a scope appears as one of the sniper rifles, it is incorrectly shown as semi-automatic.

Release Date: 2014
Developer: Gameloft
Publisher: Ubisoft
Series: Brothers in Arms
Platforms: IOS
Android
Genre: Third-person shooter

Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War is a portable spin-off in the Brothers in Arms series and the fourth game in the series developed by Gameloft

The game is a third person cover shooter with the player having one AI "Brother" per level that they can choose from a selection, with each squadmate having a unique ability and using a different firearm.

The game also features an upgrade system, so many weapons have inaccurate stats. (Such as starting with below a regular magazine initially then increasing over the realistic capacity when maxed out.)

The following weapons appear in the video game Samz/Sandbox:

Pistols

Colt M1911A1

The game's protagonist, Sergeant Cole Wright, carries a 1911 in a leg holster during the game, it is unusable by the player.

Unknown Modern Pistol

An unknown modern pistol, presumably re-used from Gameloft's Modern Combat series, appears during two cutscenes in the game, once in the hands of Sam Foster briefly and used by Cole Wright in the final cutscene, it is the only pistol technically usable by the player, if only in a cutscene.

It's inclusion is odd considering how there are two era appropriate pistols already included.
