The OTs-14 "Groza" (also known as OC-14) is a Russian bullpup, select-fire assault rifle. It was designed by V.N. Telesh and U.V. Lebedev in the early 1990s. Since 1994, the weapon is manufactured by TsKIB SOO, a KBP Instrument Design Bureau subsidiary.
