The Adventures of Jurassic Pet is a 2019 American-French low-budget family film directed by Ryan Bellgardt. It is best described as a mash-up of E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial and Jurassic Park.
Adventurous teenager Chris (Kyler Charles Beck) wanders into a lab and discovers the existence of a living, breathing dinosaur. He soon realizes the scientists involved don't have its best interests in mind as they subject it to experiments and scientific study. Fearing for its safety, Chris springs into action and comes to the dinosaur's rescue.
The following weapons were used in the film The Adventures of Jurassic Pet:
Pistols
Glock 17
Some police officers carry Glock 17s in some scenes.
Customized Tranquilizer Pistol
Early in the film, Dr. Jost (David Fletcher-Hall) performs a scientific experiment using an alligator as a test animal. However, it becomes agitated and another scientist calms it using a fictional tranquilizer pistol (which in actuality is likely a toy or similar prop).
Shotguns
Single Barreled Shotgun
Car Man (Johnny Horn) uses a Single Barreled Shotgun to defend himself against Albert, who got into his car without him noticing before leaving the supermarket.
Sniper Rifles
Accuracy International Arctic Warfare (Airsoft)
Near the final scene of the film, Dr. Jost's guards wield tranquilizer rifles while guarding a restricted area of a forest near the city. These rifles are airsoft replicas of the Accuracy International Arctic Warfare made by UKARMS, who incorrectly refer to the model as the "L96".
