The Walking Dead is a 1995 Vietnam War film that centers on a squad of US Marines (the majority of them African-American) who struggle to complete a mission to retrieve POW's after their helicopter is shot down and several of their members are killed. During their mission, each of the Marines are seen in flashbacks to their civilian lives and the reasons why they joined the Corps. Not to be confused with the AMC television series.
