The Monuments Men is a 2014 World War II film directed by and starring George Clooney. The film is based on the true story of a special Allied unit composed of mostly scholars and curators tasked with finding pieces of art stolen by the Germans during the war. The film's cast includes Matt Damon, Bill Murray, John Goodman, Jean Dujardin, and Bob Balaban.
