The Killer Inside Me is the second film adaptation of Jim Thompson's 1952 novel of the same name. The first film was in 1976 starring Stacy Keach in the role of Lou Ford, the sheriff of a small Texas town. In the 2010 film, Ford is played by Casey Affleck. The cast also includes Jessica Alba, Simon Baker, and Bill Pullman.

Lorcin L25
Deputy Lou Ford (Casey Affleck) finds a Lorcin L25 while in Joyce Lakeland's (Jessica Alba) home.
Walther PPK replica
When the Lorcin is fired, it changes to a replica Walther PPK. This is most likely due to the Lorcin's reputation as an unreliable firearm.
Winchester Model 1894
Deputy Jeff Plummer (Matthew Maher) uses a Winchester Model 1894, another Deputy is seen with one at the end of the film.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Deputy Jeff Plummer (Matthew Maher) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 10 as his sidearm.
