The Invasion is a 2007 science fiction horror thriller film starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig. It is the fourth feature film based on Jack Finney's novel The Body Snatchers, which includes 1956's Invasion of the Body Snatchers and its 1978 remake, and 1993's Body Snatchers.
The following weapons were used in the film The Invasion:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is found in a maintenance area of the Washington DC Metrosystem in the unattended gunbelt of a Transit Police officer (Jeff Wincott) and is then picked up by Dr. Carol Benell in a panic (Nicole Kidman) who shoots and kills the returning (and bodysnatched) Transit Police officer when he tries to disarm her of his stolen firearm. The firearm can also be seen briefly holstered in Bianchi M12 Holster of a Soldier standing in as an M9.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 Gen 2 is taken off of a unconscious Baltimore City Police officer by Dr. Carol Benell when she finds him and several other victims of the alien spore in the process of turning in a store room of a pharmacy. It can be identified as a 2nd Gen Glock 17 by the lack of any rails. The Glock 17 is also carried by the character of Dr. Ben Driscoll (Daniel Craig) briefly when he steals the uniform of a dead Metropolitan Police District of Columbia officer.
Rifles
M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine can be seen briefly in the hands of soldiers at the climax of the film with both the carry handle attached or optics/flashlight.
Machine Guns
M249 Para
The early paratrooper variant of the M249 SAW can be seen briefly of soldiers during the climax.
M60D Machine Gun
A M60D machine gun can barely be seen mounted on a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during the climax but is given away by it's distinct tall front sight and spade grips.
