A Walther P99 pistol is seen in the hands of Bellamy Blake when he betrays Pike (Michael Beach). This gun is also seen in (S3E08) where Pike executes Lincoln. The gun is identifiable by the absence of rails at the front. The Walther pistols however are seen less and less starting Season 3 being mostly replaced by the Ruger KP89.
Ruger KP89
"Sky People" are seen armed with the Ruger KP89 pistol after defeating Mount Weather forces.
Smith & Wesson Model 60
A Smith & Wesson Model 60 can be seen in "Wanheda: Part 1" (S3E01).
Taurus PT92AFS
Titus (Neil Sandilands) in "Thirteen" (S3E07) can be seen armed with a Taurus PT92 when he attempts to shoot Clarke.

CAA Tactical RONI
The CAA Tactical RONI carbine kit (possibly using a Glock 17 as the internal firearm) is seen again with the "Sky People". The guns are never seen truly firing, though, as every scene with them are CG generated muzzle flashes, which indicates that they may be airsoft replicas.

Machine Guns
Daewoo K3
