: This revolver is similar to S&W Model 36 but not at all. The stamp near the grip that is seen on the last screenshot is not Maturhin nor S&W. Again the problem with French police revolvers - there are many of them unidentified in other movies also. Greg-Z 10:58, 20 December 2011 (CST)

: The stamp looks like Arminius and the revolver looks very much like Arminius models. But I don't know any 5-shot Arminius - all of them are 6-, 7- or even 8-shot models. Greg-Z 11:07, 20 December 2011 (CST)

::Greg you are correct that it an Arminius revolver in 32 S&W long hence the 5 shot cylinder. I have corrected the page description to the correct weapon.--phoenixent 11:28, 20 December 2011 (CST)

MR-73

Stranger was wrong to not use the discussion page, but he or she does have a valid point. The last image does show a five shot revolver. The revolver in the caps also doesn't have a shrouded ejector rod, while most of the MR-73s pictured do. --Funkychinaman 10:04, 20 December 2011 (CST)

This revolver is similar to S&W Model 36 but not at all. The stamp near the grip that is seen on the last screenshot is not Maturhin nor S&W. Again the problem with French police revolvers - there are many of them unidentified in other movies also. Greg-Z 10:58, 20 December 2011 (CST)
The stamp looks like Arminius and the revolver looks very much like Arminius models. But I don't know any 5-shot Arminius - all of them are 6-, 7- or even 8-shot models. Greg-Z 11:07, 20 December 2011 (CST)
