::Hah! Listening to the little voice in my head I glanced through an outdated reference guide where I could ID this rifle as a [[Marlin Model 995]]. Just check the typical back part of the receiver which is smoothly sloped, seamlessly integrating into the stock. Also, check out the silhouette of the stock as opposed to the one typically used on the [[Ruger 10/22]].
