Revamp
Revamp coming soon (As in probably tonight or tomorrow), guys. Either this is a really good movie to screencap, or I'm getting much better.-protoAuthor 04:22, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
- I have a question, what were the pistols confiscated by Ferris Al-Ghazi from the FBI agents while they were still in their holsters?
- They look like Glocks (which is the FBI issue weapon), but we never get a good look at them.

MP5K PDW
As these lack the slightly lengthened barrels of the PDW, could they not actually be regular MP5K's with a PDW stock added?
- Yes, that's exactly what they are. The factory MP5K-PDW has a threaded barrel and a Navy trigger group. Most of the "MP5K-PDWs" seen in movies are actually standard K-models with the PDW stock added later. We tend to refer to those on IMFDB as "MP5K-PDW mock-ups".
m4 or sig?
I need some help id'ing this weapon. --Ben41 23:35, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- Neither, it's an H&K MP5 with RAS.
Fleury's AK
Is the AK that Fleury (Jamie Foxx) uses not an AKMS? Could it be an AK101?--Ben41 02:01, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
- No, American armorers wouldn't stock AK-101s because they can't import them into this country. It's an AKMS derivative dressed up to resemble an AMD-65. -MT2008 02:46, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
- Also, the AK-100 series rifles have a side-folding plastic stock, while the weapon in the movie is clearly an underfolder. --Markit 02:54, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think this is an AKMS either, for one thing I noticed is the thing sounds like a buzz-saw. It's like no AK variant I've ever heard. The sound is approximate to 950 RPM. The RPM of the AK101 is 650. It's not that either. They used blanks so I know the rifle, (whatever it is, where ever it is) is real.
- The gunfire you hear in movies is almost always stock sound F/X dubbed over the actual sound of the weapon, so that doesn't prove anything. -MT2008 23:39, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
There are some people who actually use the live sound effects. Michael Mann for one. But the gunfire in here was over dubbed. --cool-breeze 21:28, 13 March 2011 (MSK)
Would you recommend this movie?
¿?--Dillinger 00:05, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
- It was alright. A good movie to watch once, but not the kind of movie you'll watch and enjoy repeatedly. Netflix it once, but don't buy. -MT2008 00:50, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
- I've watched it more than once. It was on sale for $6 or 7 bucks at Amazon, so I bought it. It's not one you would watch repeatedly, but every once in a while I guess. --Predator20 01:43, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
thank you very much and one last question: does the camera moves a lot during the action sequences?. --Dillinger 02:40, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
