The Beretta 92FS is seen with Bolivarian Intelligence Service agents and with South Korean army soldiers in "Metal Saw". Organization mercenaries use them as their sidearm in "Cigar Cutter".
Glock 17
Glock 17s are widely seen in "Metal Saw" with Phoenix Foundation agents, including PF head Patricia Thornton (Sandrine Holt) as their official sidearm. Bolivarian Intelligence Service agents in a SEBIN black site, as well as CIA agent Sarah Adler (Amy Acker) use them in "Metal Saw". Jack uses it during an operation in "Wire Cutter". FBI agents Cho (Michael Tow) and Brooks (Gary Weeks) use them in "Fish Scaler". SFPD officer use them in "Magnifying Glass". Angus "Mac" MacGyver (Lucas Till) uses it while posing as Murdoc in "Hole Cutter". An Egyptian terrorist named Farhad (Farshad Farahat) uses it in a flashback in "Cigar Cutter" with ex-British SAS commando turned assassin Jason Tennant (Mark Sheppard) taking it from a PF assaulter he took down.
Glock 19
A Glock 19 is used by a Division 77 assassin (Hans Marrero) in Labuan, Malaysia in "Awl". It appears to be used by some Merida Cartel soldiers in "Can Opener". Dieva Roka terrorist Janis Lapa (Tobias Jelinek) uses one while engaging Mac in Riga in the middle of "Chisel". An African warlord uses one at the start of "Screwdriver".
Glock 26
A Glock 26 is used by Jesse Colton (Javicia Leslie) as her sidearm in "Hook".

A Heckler & Koch P30 is used by ex-Department of External Security (DXS) and later, Phoenix Foundation operative Jack Dalton (George Eads) as his main sidearm.

The Luger P08 is used by the Zodiac Killer in "Magnifying Glass".
Makarov PM
A Makarov PM is seen used by a Korean People's Army Ground Force soldier in "Metal Saw". Viktor uses it throughout "Wire Cutter" after arriving in Europe from America, befitting his status as an ex-Soviet officer.
M1911A1
What appears to be a stainless steel M1911A1 is used by Viktor back in America in "Wire Cutter". A M1911A1 in a gold plated finish is used by a Merida Cartel soldier confronting Mac at the end of "Can Opener".
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Jack and by armed men in Ankara, Turkey, as well as with some terrorists in "Wire Cutter". A Collective terrorist in Shanghai uses one while pretending to be a guard in "Scissors". FBI Director Martin Dryer (Pat Dortch) uses the P226 in "Fish Scaler" before Jack disarms him.
SIG-Sauer P226 Beavertail
A suppressed SIG-Sauer P226 Beavertail is used by assassin S-218 aka Murdoc (David Dastmalchian) in "Corkscrew".
SIG-Sauer P228
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P228 is used by an armed man in "The Rising". A two-tone version is used by Armenian Power mob leader Armin Morsofian (Tony Demil) in "Hook".
