Lance Reddick (1962-2023) was an American actor who appeared in such television series as The Wire and Fringe in addition to his role as Charon in the John Wick series of feature films. He also appeared as Chief Irvin Irving in the Amazon Prime streaming series Bosch. He passed away in March of 2023 at the age of 60.
