36th Precinct (36 Quai des Orfèvres) is a 2004 crime film co-written and directed by Olivier Marchal (The Last Deadly Mission) starring Daniel Auteuil and Gérard Depardieu as two rival police inspectors investigating a string of violent armored car holdups. It was nominated for eight César Awards, but did not win any.
A featurette on the DVD had director Olivier Marchal (a former police officer), Alain Figlarz and other crew members visit armorer Christophe Maratier to go over a few weapons choices. (Maratier is not listed as the armorer in the credits, but his company supplied the weapons.)
