Despite their very different upbringings and lives, the two forge a relationship against the backdrop of the rugged Australian wilderness and the coming storm of the Second World War.

Australia is a 2008 adventure-drama romance film directed by Baz Luhrmann, starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman.
