While in Hawaii, Thomas Magnum (Jay Hernandez) carries a STI Costa Carry Comp as his preferred sidearm.
3D-Printed Pistol
A 3D-printed pistol is seen inside a building supply closet with Alan Sako (Louis Ozawa Changchien) in "The Ties That Bind" (S1E09).
CZ 100
The CZ 100 is seen in "Blood in the Water" (S1E19) by Brandon Leeds (Tobias Jelinek).
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is used throughout Season 1, being used by the HPD as their official sidearm. In the series premiere "I Saw the Sun Rise" (S1E01), Juliet Higgins (Perdita Weeks) uses a Glock 17 taken off a thug. She and Magnum would use them in "Day of the Viper" (S1E13), taken from armed men working for an underground info broker. Hannah (Jordana Brewster) uses it in "The Day It All Came Together" (S1E20).
Glock 17 (Lone Wolf Timberwolf)
An HPD officer uses a Glock 17 fitted with a Lone Wolf Timberwolf frame in "The Cat Who Cried Wolf" (S1E07).

A custom Glock 19 is seen with Juliet, first seen in "Bad Day to be a Hero" (S1E10).
Glock 26
The Glock 26 is seen with Kumu (Amy Hill) before it was taken by Inna Khamatov aka the fake Katya Kudjakova (Vera Cherny) in "Nowhere to Hide" (S1E11). It's also used by Juliet Higgins (Perdita Weeks) as her preferred sidearm.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
The Heckler & Koch USP Compact is seen in "Sudden Death" (S1E05) inside a sedan trunk, "Death is only Temporary" (S1E06) and in "Winner Takes All" (S1E12). Kahi Kana (Paul Yen) uses it in "Blood in the Water" (S1E19).

The Heckler & Koch VP9 is seen in "Die He Said" (S1E08). Orville "Rick" Wright (Zachary Knighton) uses it as his preferred sidearm.

In "Six Paintings, One Frame" (S1E04), Magnum fights with a man armed with a SIG-Sauer P226R. The SIG-Sauer P226R is seen with armed men in Moscow in "Death is only Temporary" (S1E06). Manny (Trevor Long) uses it in "Die He Said" (S1E08).

The SIG-Sauer P228 is seen in "Day the Past Came Back" (S1E15) as a backup sidearm. Hannah (Jordana Brewster) uses it to shoot Magnum in the shoulder.
