Liquidation (Russian Title: Likvidatsiya / Ликвидация) is a 2007 Russian crime miniseries directed by Sergei Ursulyak. 1946 postwar Odessa (Ukrainian SSR). The gang of saboteurs led by a mysterious Academic terrorizing the city. Murder and robbery follow one another. Deputy Head of the Odessa Criminal Investigation department David Gotsman trying to defeat crime. In addition Marshal Zhukov arrives to Odessa on the position of commander of Military Region. He also began to fight against crime by using a very radical methods.

Russian Nagant M1895 revolvers are one of the main handguns used by Soviet Militsia (aka Police) and variety of thugs. Some Nagants have calibre visually larger than 7.62mm. That's blank fire only replicas which are often found in modern Russian movies.
