A police officer is seen firing an M1911-type pistol during the standoff.
Shotguns
Mossberg 590
During the initial attack on the mall, Wallace is armed with a Mossberg 590 shotgun.
Benelli M1 Super 90

Valtro PM5
Wallace finally upgrades to a Valtro PM5 shotgun.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Many of the henchmen use MP5A3 submachine guns. The FBI SWAT team also carries them. Rudy Ray takes an MP5 off of a dead henchman and uses it for part of the film.
Heckler & Koch SP89
Some henchmen use Heckler & Koch SP89s.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW

Colt AR-15 Sporter Carbine

Heckler & Koch SR9(T)
Billy is given a Heckler & Koch SR9(T). It has that slim longer 'sporting style' handguard that HK imported into the US for only a few months. He only fires it once despite carrying it for most of the film.
Barrett M82
A henchman fires on cops from the roof of the mall with a Barrett M82 rifle.
Other
M72 LAW
