The bolt handle and the grooves on the stock radically differ from the Crickett. Looks more like or Winchester Model 67. Cannot say fo sure which of these two very similar rifles matches the screen gun better but the rear sight seems to me more similar to Remington that to Winchester. --Greg-Z (talk) 01:35, 24 December 2021 (EST) | The bolt handle and the grooves on the stock radically differ from the Crickett. :Thanks. Firstly, I was deceived the words of one character, who wrongly descriptive this rifle as "a rabbit gun". But, looks like, he is wrong, as this standard rifle. Pyramid Silent (talk) 07:41, 24 December 2021 (EST) | |||
::"Rabbit gun" is not a name of some particular model, this term may be used for any .22 rifle and even for small bore shotguns. Remington 33, being a cheap single shot .22 rifle, quite can be called a "rabbit gun". So the description in the film is not wrong, just generic. --Greg-Z (talk) 08:06, 24 December 2021 (EST) |

The bolt handle and the grooves on the stock radically differ from the Crickett. Looks more like Remington Model 33 or Winchester Model 67. Cannot say fo sure which of these two very similar rifles matches the screen gun better but the rear sight seems to me more similar to Remington that to Winchester. --Greg-Z (talk) 01:35, 24 December 2021 (EST)
