The following firearms were used in the fourth season of the NBC television series Hunter:
Handguns
Astra Terminator
LAPD Det. Sgt. Rick Hunter (Fred Dryer) once again carries a .44 Magnum Astra Terminator with a 3" barrel.
Walther PPK/S
LAPD Det. Sgt. Dee Dee McCall (Stepfanie Kramer) carries a stainless .380 Walther PPK/S with white grips.
M1911A1
In the opening credits for the fourth season of Hunter, a black gloved hand is seen loading and firing a nickel M1911A1. Hunter (Fred Dryer) finds an unloaded 1911A1, describing it as a ".45", in one of the bedrooms of the Edelton family home in "Night on Bald Mountain" (4.05).
Walther PP
Marko Foley (Robert Glaudini), a hitman hired in "Not Just Another John Doe" (4.01) carries a blued Walther PP as his sidearm.
Smith & Wesson Model 10 HB
Both of Zole's thugs in "The Jade Woman" (4.03) carry Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers. In "Renegade" (4.12), both Narcotics Lt. Jeff Wadsworth (Brion James) and retired Det. Sgt. Frank Garriman (James McEachin) carry Model 10 HBs, confirmed when Hunter tells Wadsworth that Garriman "still carries his .38". In "Naked Justice, Pts. 1 & 2" (4.14-4.15), Officer Parker's (David Beecroft) service sidearm is the Model 10 HB. Captain Devane's (Charles Hallahan) off-duty weapon, seen in "Girl on the Beach" (4.16), is a Model 10 HB. In "Silver Bullet" (4.22), Lt. Ambrose Finn (John Shearin) carries a Model 10 HB as his personal weapon, loaded with 158-grain silver bullets.
Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snubnose
Benito Caneo, one of the Cuban enforcers for the Las Vegas mob, fires a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snubnose at police officers in "Flashpoint" (4.04). In "Turning Point" (4.09), Laura Ormond (Valerie Wildman) keeps a Model 19 Snub in her bedroom, drawing it when she hears someone enter.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
All of the uniformed LAPD officers in "Flashpoint" (4.04), including Bolin (Beau Billingslea), Conrad, and Bennett (Michael Canavan), carry standard Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolvers. Bennett's is stolen from him by Santiago Munez (Héctor Mercado). Narcotics Captain McBride (John Carter (IV)) keeps a Model 10 on his mantle in "The Fourth Man" (4.20), taken by Russ Tolson (Leon Rippy) after a brief struggle.
Walther P38
The main sidearm of Cuban mob enforcer Santiago Munez (Héctor Mercado) is a black-gripped Walther P38 in "Flashpoint" (4.04).
Walther PPK
John Edelton (Dann Florek), while dressed as his deceased father Dwight, murders his brothers with a suppressed .32-caliber Walther PPK in "Night on Bald Mountain" (4.05). A PPK belonging to Judge Warren Unger (Robert Reed) was found in the purse of a murdered 17-year-old prostitute in "City of Passion, Pt. 2" (4.07).
Colt Trooper Mk III
Lt. Pfieffer (Raye Birk) from the Vice Department carries a Colt Trooper Mk III in his holster in "City of Passion, Pt. 1" (4.06).
Colt Mk IV Series 70
Sgt. Brad Navarro (Erik Estrada) carries a Colt Mk IV Series 70 in a shoulder holster.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
Just as she had during her previous appearance in the third season episode "Shades", Sgt. Kitty O'Hearn (Shelley Taylor Morgan) carries a snubnose Smith & Wesson Model 36, which she keeps in her purse. Capt. Devane (Charles Hallahan) also carries one throughout the season in a hip holster. In "City of Passion, Pt. 3" (4.08), Cathy Navarro (Gail Youngs) grabs it to angrily shoot her husband who has just been arrested as a serial rapist. Officer Flood (Randy Brooks) carries one when undercover in "Naked Justice, Pt. 2" (4.15). Hollywood agent Victor Michaels (Vincent Baggetta) carries one in "Girl on the Beach" (4.16).
Smith & Wesson Model 36 Nickel
As he has since his introduction, Lt. Ambrose Finn (John Shearin) carries two nickel Smith & Wesson Model 36 snubnose revolvers holstered.
Heckler & Koch P7
Arturo Hidalgo (Paul Sanchez), one of Paco Reyes' enforcers in "Renegade" (4.12), carries a Heckler & Koch P7. One of Raphael Orozco's hired thugs in "The Bogota Million" (4.17) carries a P7, which Orozco (Victor Campos) himself handles.
Charter Arms Bulldog
Chico Gomez (Gilbert De la Pena), one of Paco Reyes' enforcers in "Renegade" (4.12), carries a Charter Arms Bulldog.
Beretta 92SB
Roberto Sanchez (Pepe Serna), one of Paco Reyes' enforcers in "Renegade" (4.12), carries a Beretta 92SB. Sleazy private investigator Jessie Cruz (Nestor Serrano) carries a Beretta 92SB in a brown leather shoulder holster in "Naked Justice, Pt. 1" (4.14). Several of Orozco's thugs in "The Bogota Million" (4.17) carry Berettas, one of which is taken and carried by Arnold "Sporty" James (Garrett Morris).
Colt Detective Special
During the filming of one of her movies in "Naked Justice, Pt. 1" (4.14), actress Shannon Richards uses a blank-adapted nickel third generation Colt Detective Special.
Ruger Mk I
Bulgarian international freelance hitman Philip DePaul, aka Stephan Avak (Shaun Toub) carries an integrally-suppressed Ruger Mk I in "Naked Justice, Pt. 2" (4.15). In "Murder He Wrote" (4.21), Clarence Hyland (Efrem Zimbalist Jr.) uses a contraption using string to shoot himself with his niece's suppressed pistol, identified correctly by Hunter as a ".22 Ruger." However, Hunter asks McCall to load it with blanks and bring it to him, something that could not be done without converting the weapon.
Heckler & Koch P9S
Private eye Jessie Cruz keeps a 9 mm Heckler & Koch P9S as a backup weapon in "Naked Justice, Pt. 2" (4.15) after Hunter ostensibly takes away his Beretta. This is the weapon's first appearance since it was dropped as Hunter's sidearm for the start of season three (and the first altogether appearance in its uncompensated form).
Ruger Redhawk
Deputy Sheriff Cassell of Wells Canyon, California carries a Ruger Redhawk with a 5.5" barrel and blued finish in "Girl on the Beach" (4.16).
Ruger Security Six
In "The Fourth Man" (4.20), Narcotics officer Walter Chandler (Armand Asselin) is seen with a Ruger Security Six during the 1983 drug bust flashback. Disgraced officer Russ Tolson (Leon Rippy) also carries one in the same episode to question Ellis Riley.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
During the flashback to the 1983 drug bust, Hunter (Fred Dryer) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 15. The show was smart not to show Hunter carrying the Astra Terminator and seems to imply that Hunter carried the Model 15 before he adopted the Heckler & Koch P9S by the time the first season began in 1984.
Ruger Service Six
Russ Tolson (Leon Rippy) also carries a blued Ruger Service Six when confronting Captain McBride in "The Fourth Man" (4.20).
Hi-Standard Sentinel
In "The Fourth Man" (4.20), Captain McBride (John Carter (IV)) searches for Tolson with a suppressed Hi-Standard Sentinel. When he fires, the revolver sounds suppressed despite the fact that it would not effectively mute the sound.
Submachine Guns
TEC-9
Two of Frenchy's thugs in "The Bogota Million" (4.17) carry TEC-9s when watching over "Sporty" James.
Rifles
Steyr AUG A1
In "Playing God" (4.02), Jack Prewitt (Christopher Allport) uses a suppressed Steyr AUG A1 to assassinate Max Santiago (Fred Asparagus).
The killer in "Silver Bullet" (4.22) uses the same AUG rifle. Highlight for Spoilers: In a shocking conclusion to the season, the killer is revealed to be Lt. Ambrose Finn (John Shearin).
M16A1
A Tucson SWAT officer fires an M16A1 at a retreating thug in "Turning Point" (4.09). M16A1s are also the choice rifles of the LAPD SWAT, as seen in "The Bogota Million" (4.17).
Shotguns
Remington 870 Sawed-Off
In "Playing God" (4.02), Miguel Ortiz (Geno Silva) uses a sawed-off Remington 870 to kill Luis Guerrero (Castula Guerra) outside his home.
Mossberg 500 AT
Officer Bennett (Michael Canavan) pulls a Mossberg 500 with wooden furniture from his car after the shooting begins in "Flashpoint" (4.04). Other uniformed LAPD officers are also seen with Mossbergs. During the flashback to the 1983 drug raid in "The Fourth Man" (4.20), Narcotics officer Russ Tolson (Leon Rippy) uses a Mossberg.
Unidentified Shotguns
When Hunter visits the pawn shop in "Hot Prowl" (4.10), there are several pump shotguns on the wall.
