The Beretta 92FS Inox is the standard sidearm of the "Armed Detective Agency" members. First used by Doppo Kunikida in Ep. 06 "The Azure Messenger" and one episode later in "Love for the Disease Called Ideals" by Osamu Dazai.
Colt M1911A1
What appears to be Colt M1911A1 pistols are used by two Japanese MP officers in Ep. 03 "Yokohama Gangster Paradise" to arrest Ryūnosuke Akutagawa.
Nambu Model 60
A Nambu Model 60 revolver is used in Ep. 05 "Murder on D Street" by Police Officer Junsa Sugimoto.
Beretta 92FS

The Port Mafia's sidearm is the Makarov PM with black grips. First seen in the hands of Ichiyō Higuchi in Ep. 03 "Yokohama Gangster Paradise" and later by Mafia members in Ep. 09 "The Beauty Is Quiet Like a Stone Statue", Ep. 10 "Rashōmon and the Tiger" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Despite the Makarov is the standard pistol of the Port Mafia, Tachihara Michizō can be seen with a Tokarev TT-33 pistol, that he uses in Ep. 04 "The Tragedy of the Fatalist" and Ep. 11 "First, an Unsuitable Profession for Her. Second, an Ecstatic Detective Agency".
