Colt MK IV Series 70
Mud (Matthew McConaughey) carries a 1911 in the back of his belt in lieu of having no holster throughout the film. It appears to be a Colt MK IV Series 70 based on the A1-style arched mainspring housing and gold medallions on the grips, and Mud specifically refers to it as a .45. The gun is never fired in the film, but he uses it to barter with Neckbone (Jacob Lofland) and gives it to him at the end of the film when their deal is finished (after unloading the weapon).
Smith & Wesson Model 15
During the climactic shootout at Ellis' house, his father Senior (Ray McKinnon) uses what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 15 revolver. Though the revolver is seen only briefly and never in detail, it does resemble a Model 15 since it has an ejector rod socket as opposed to an ejector rod shroud like the Smith & Wesson Model 19.
Shotguns
Remington 1100
During the final shootout, one of Carver's (Paul Sparks) bounty hunters opens fire on Mud with a semi-auto Remington 1100 shotgun. Mud manages to get ahold of the 1100 and return fire until it runs dry.
Mossberg 500
One of Carver's shooters assaults the house with a Mossberg 500 with a heat shield.
Stevens 520
One of the bounty hunters uses a shotgun that, while only seen briefly, appears to be a variant of the Stevens 520.
Stevens 620
Carver (Paul Sparks) uses what appears to be a Stevens 620 with a field barrel during the final shootout.
Unknown Shotguns
Carver's shooters all use shotguns during the final shootout, many of which are seen too briefly to identify.
Rifles
Unknown Sniper Rifle
Tom Blankenship (Sam Shepard) uses a sporterized sniper rifle in the film's climax. It may possibly be a sporterized Springfield M1903.
Remington 7600
One of the bounty hunters working for Carver wields what appears to be a pump-action Remington 7600 carbine.
