Glock 17
A masked SO19 officer (Richard Armitage in a small role who would later go on to star in the show) is seen aiming aiming a Glock 17 at a suspect in "Traitor's Gate" (S01E04).
Makarov PM
In "Looking After Our Own" (S01E02,) Brian Lyndon (Shane Attwooll), a member of a white supremacist group, is seen pulling and using a Makarov PM on 2 members of Section D.
Heckler & Koch USP
In "One Last Dance" (S01E03), Sam Walker (Ralph Ineson) can be seen wielding a two-tone Heckler & Koch USP.
Beretta 8000 Cougar
In "One Last Dance" (S01E03), a Kurdish terrorist can be seen using what looks like a Beretta 8000 Cougar to intimidate hostages.
Smith & Wesson 5946

When the SAS breaches the Turkish Consulate in "One Last Dance", a SAS sniper can be seen outside armed with an Accuracy International Arctic Warfare. They are also seen with this weapon while wearing ghille suits in "Lesser of Two Evils" (S01E06).
