The following weapons were used in the film 1911:
Handguns
Mauser C96 "Broomhandle"
Huang Xing (Jackie Chan) is seen dual-wielding Mauser C96 pistols in some scenes. This weapon is also used by various characters.
Smith & Wesson Military & Police
An early model Smith & Wesson Military & Police revolver is also used in the film.
Unknown pistol
In one scene, an unknown pistol is seen lying next to a dead Qing official who uses it to commit suicide.
Rifles
Hanyang 88
The Hanyang 88 rifle is a prominent weapon seen in the film.
Type 24 Zhongzheng
The Type 24 Zhongzheng appears frequently as a stand-in for the Hanyang 88, especially during large-scale battles. It is anachronistic, as the Type 24 was not introduced until 1935.
Machine Guns
Maxim MG08
Maxim MG08 machine guns are also used in the film, as one is notably seen carried by Huang Xing (Jackie Chan) into the battle.
