Valtro PM5 with 14.5" ported barrel and later model Rear sights - 12 gauge

The Valtro PM5 is an Italian pump-action shotgun, based on the Fabarm SDASS design and fed from detachable box magazines, and one of the first successful shotguns of this design. It was originally introduced (circa 1988) by Atis Army S.P.A. as the Atis Trusty PM2 model (PM1, PM3 and PM4 was also exists, with different barrels and stocks). The Atis Trusty also was exported to South Africa as the Clarbex CX-12 Riot.

Subsequently, this also began to be produced by Valtro, all versions of which were designated as PM5. Valtro went bankrupt after 2012 and was bought by Brixia. Brixia re-introduced a shorter updated version of the PM5 in 2015.

Another shotgun associated with PM5 is Valtro R05, but it did not get such fame, as it is a "classic" design fed from a tubular magazine.
