Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Philadelphia Police Department Detective John Book (Harrison Ford) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 10 with a 2" barrel as his sidearm. He fires it during the shootout in the garage. He later takes it away from Samuel (Lukas Haas), who finds it in a drawer.
Smith & Wesson Model 28
Lt. James McFee (Danny Glover) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 28 with a 4" barrel as his sidearm.
Colt Detective Special
Chief Paul Schaeffer (Josef Sommer) pulls a Colt Detective Special and holds it on Rachel Lapp (Kelly McGillis).
Shotguns
Remington 870 Shotgun
At the climax of the film, McFee carries a Remington 870 shotgun when they come to the Amish town for Book. McFee's Remington is pistol-gripped with a folding stock and extended mag tube.
High Standard FLITE KING K-1200 Riot Shotgun
Detective Fergie (Angus MacInnes) uses what appears to be a High Standard FLITE KING K-1200 Riot Standard Model shotguns as they come to the Amish town for Book. Later, Book uses Fergie's shotgun.
