| The action takes place in a fictional region of Russia (partially inspired by Altai), with a varied terrain from the middle lane to snowy passes and desert. It is worth noting that in the English-language release, the names of the settlements were changed, and the police cars/helicopters were repainted from white & blue to white & black, while the lore of the game itself remained the same.

| The plot tells the story of a driver who arrives in a new region in his truck to try his luck. Player must transport cargo on various vehicles in order to accumulate a budget to open their own enterprise and gain control over freight market (become a monopolist). For these purposes, it is required to hire hired workers. But not everything is so simple - the game takes place at the turn of the 90s and 2000s, which means that bandits can attack you. If you start resisting, your money/cargo will may be taken away from you, or even blown up by a mine or shot. Despite the fact that the police keep order, many of them are also corrupt.
