IMO, it's actually baffling just why this weapon didn't get in, considering the MP5 and it's variants are quite prominent in the movie. | |||

Removed gun - The MP5
There exists footage from E3 pre-release shows, that reveals there is a cut weapon. Judging from the weapon icon, the removed weapon appears to be MP5. While cut from the final game, the weapon is apparently present in the game's data.
