Skeleton Man is a 2004 sci-fi/horror movie starring Casper Van Dien and Michael Rooker as military commandos of an elite Special Ops squad who are assigned to eliminate a Grim-Reaper-style serial killer who has taken out several soldiers. The team soon discovers that they are being stalked by the titular "Skeleton Man". Owing more than a few elements from the 1987 film Predator, Skeleton Man first aired in the US on March 1, 2004 on the then SciFi Channel.

Rifles
Colt M16
Security personnel in the first plant assaulted by Skeleton Man use M16s. Some members of the Special Forces squad also carry it.
AIM
Used by one team member.
AK-47 Derivative
The helicopter that provides fire support for the team has two gunners, the first of whom carries an AK-47 derivative.
Heckler & Koch HK33
A member of the Special Forces team is armed with Heckler & Koch HK33.
Heckler & Koch SR9T
When the team first breaks out their weapons, Leary is seen with a rifle that resembles the Heckler & Koch SR9.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
TheM4A1 carbine is used by numerous team members.
FN FAL
An FN FAL with a ribbed metal foreend, no flash hider, mounted with a scope and a flashlight, and using jungle-taped magazines is used in the film.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5
Quite a few characters are armed with this weapon, including a soldier running from the Skeleton Man, a few members of the Special Forces team and the power plant security personnel.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
One Special Forces carries a MP5K.
Shotguns
SWD/Cobray Street Sweeper
The SWD/Cobray Street Sweeper is given to Captain Leary by the Sheriff to confront the Skeleton Man at the climax.
Remington 870 (Extended Mag Tube)
What appears to be a Remington 870 with an extended mag tube is seen in the hands of the Sheriff (Joey Travolta) who confronts Captain Leary (Michael Rooker).
Remington 870 Field Shotgun (Sawed Off)
A worker who confronts the Skeleton Man at the film's beginning appears to be armed with a Remington 870 shotgun with a sawed-off barrel and pistol grip.
Pistols
Beretta 92F
Used by most of the Special Forces, as well as in law enforcement hands. The power plant security personnel also have it when they confront the killer.
Colt M1911A1
Other
M67 Hand Grenade
Towards the climax, Leary booby traps certain passageways in the power plant with M67 grenades to halt Skeleton Man's advance. The device is also seen earlier when he fashions a landmine.
M79
The second gunner in the heli carries an M79. He fires it at Skeleton Man after the first gunner is killed.
