Jacob Kane ''actually'' said this at the end of the episode "Oh, Mouse". In short, the scene implies that this round, whatever caliber it's supposed to be, can penetrate the Batsuit. "A Desert Eagle can shoot through anything."

Jacob Kane actually said this at the end of the episode "Oh, Mouse". And no, a caliber wasn't specified, the CROWS contractor that handed him the fired slug just said it "came from a Desert Eagle." In short, the scene implies that this round, whatever caliber it's supposed to be, can penetrate the Batsuit. Must be CW's left-leaning politics taking over, since, as many of us probably know, level 3A soft body armor can, in fact, stop even .50 AE, which is a big, slow bullet not actually designed for penetration. And if regular body armor can stop it, there's no way the Batsuit can't, what with Batman's tech being some 30 years beyond the level developed even by DARPA.
