Daniel Defense M4A1
I'm positive that this gun is actually a DD M4A1; when he reloads it during the first scene in the film, you can clearly see the white laser markings on the upper receiver, and the Daniel Defense markings on the lower. Unfortunately, these screencaps are terrible and don't show it very well at all (I'm not sure how the OP got almost no good screencaps in spite of all the clear views of the gun).
