The following weapons were used in Season 1 of the television series Fortitude:
Pistols
Glock 17
Members of the Norwegian Police Service stationed in Fortitude carry the Glock 17 as their service firearm. DCI Eugene Morton (Stanley Tucci) borrows a Glock from the police armoury before he visits Yuri Lubimov (Emil Hostina) in the Russian mining town of Vukobejina.
Note: Ordinary Norwegian policemen are usually not armed, but they have weapons in their patrol cars. The standard issue pistol for the Norwegian policemen is the Heckler & Koch P30, while the special unit has access to Glocks.
SIG-Sauer P232
Mr Korski (Thomas W. Gabrielsson) uses a SIG-Sauer P232 when he betrays Ronnie Morgan (Johnny Harris) and steals the mammoth tusks from him.
Beretta 92FS
Four Beretta 92FSs are seen in the police weapons locker when DCI Morton (Stanley Tucci) returns a Glock he previously borrowed. In reality, the Beretta is never issued to the Norwegian police officers.
Luger P08
Henry Tyson (Michael Gambon) is seen packing a Luger P08 before he leaves Fortitude. He is later seen holding it whilst sitting on the glacier.
Steyr M9-A1
What appears to be a Steyr M9-A1 is seen behind Ciaran Donnelly (Jonjo O'Neill) in the hunting store's gun room.
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Yuri Lubimov (Emil Hostina) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 19 before it is confiscated by Sheriff Anderssen (Richard Dormer). Frank Sutter (Nicholas Pinnock), the Search & Rescue pilot, also uses a Model 19 when aiding the police. Another Model 19 is seen in the hunting shop's gun room.
Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose
A startled Ciaran Donnelly (Jonjo O'Neill) draws a snub nose Model 19 with combat grips on DCI Eugene Morton (Stanley Tucci) when he hears him enter the hunting store armoury.
Rifles
Remington 700 BDL
The Remington 700 BDL serves as the choice of rifle for many Fortitude residents, and is standard issue for members of the Norwegian Police Service stationed there. Henry Tyson (Michael Gambon), Ronnie Morgan (Johnny Harris) and Carrie Morgan (Elisabeth Dormer-Phillips) also carry the same model.
Remington 700 CDL DM
Sheriff Anderssen (Richard Dormer) briefly loans his Remington 700 CDL DM to Yuri Lubimov (Emil Hostina).
Remington 700 SPS
Jason Donnelly (Aaron McCusker) is seen briefly handling a Remington 700 SPS (a modern variant of the Remington 700) before he is arrested by Sheriff Dan Anderssen (Richard Dormer). Several Fortitude residents are seen carrying the same model throughout the series, especially when tensions rise with the Russian mining town. Elena Ledesma (Verónica Echegui) carries the same model for protection.
Ruger M77
Frank Sutter (Nicholas Pinnock) carries a Ruger M77 with a scope as his main rifle in the series.
FN SPR
What appears to be an FN SPR without a scope is seen mounted on the wall of the Fortitude hunting store. Two similar looking all-black hunting rifles are also seen in the police evidence room.
Other
Flamethrower
Officer Petra Bergen (Alexandra Moen) is seen using a flamethrower to destroy the mammoth carcass in the season finale.
Police Station Armoury
Several hunting rifles are seen in the Fortitude police station's equipment room. Various pistols are also seen in the weapons locker.
Police Station Evidence Room
Several hunting rifles, including two Remington 700 BDLs are seen when DCI Eugene Morton (Stanley Tucci) enters the evidence room.
Fortitude Hunting Store
Multiple hunting rifles and pistols are seen in the hunting store in Fortitude when DCI Eugene Morton (Stanley Tucci) looks to see if they stock the same bullet given to him by Yuri Lubimov. They are displayed on the walls and stored in the armoury in the back.
