Ricochet (Rikoshet) is a 1997 Moldovan Russian language action movie directed by Igor Talpa. The movie is set in some Russian town in mid-90s. Arseny (Andrey Sokolov) is a thirty-years old unemployed man who was an excellent sniper during his army service in Afghanistan. Local crime boss is informed about Arseny's skills and plans to use him. Fearing for his loved ones, Arseny has to accept the offer...

The following weapons were used in the film Ricochet (Rikoshet):

Handguns

Nagant M1895

Arseny's main handgun is a Nagant M1895 revolver. He uses it in several scenes, often dual-wielding with a TT-33.

M1911A1

During the shootout on the construction yard Arseny captured "Psychologist" (Aristarkh Livanov), the adviser of the crime boss, and takes his pistol, a nickel plated M1911A1.

Smith & Wesson-style pistol

When the criminals abduct Arseny, one of them holds a Smith & Wesson-style pistol that appears to be a blank-firing or even non-firing replica, based on an early model Smith & Wesson 5904 with fixed sights

A criminal aims his pistol at Arseny. The gun differs from real S&W pistols and its foam-like surface allows to guess that it is made not of steel but rather of silumin alloy that is often used for cheap blank firing replicas. Note the design of the barrel bushing and the grips which indicate that this is based off of a 3rd generation S&W automatic pistol.

Rifles

TOZ-18

For the planned assassination Arseny is supplied with a TOZ-18, .22 caliber bolt action rifle with detachable magazine and sniper scope.
