Revolvers
Webley .38 Mk IV Duty Model
A 4" barreled Webley .38 Mk IV "Duty" model is used by Nero Hound (Jo Stone-Fewings) in "The Daughter of Autolycus" (S04E05). His revolver is then taken by Flambeau (John Light). In "The Missing Man" (S04E07) Arthur Le Broc (Rupert Vansittart) owns a Webley, also a "Duty" model. This revolver is also seen in hands of Milly Le Broc (Madeleine Harris).
Smith & Wesson Military & Police
A Smith & Wesson Military & Police revolver is seen next to the body of Owen Brunt (John Hogg) in "The Brewer's Daughter" (S04E02). In "The Crackpot of the Empire" (S04E02) an M&P revolver is used by Jacob Doyle (Sam O'Mahony). Doyle's revolver then is briefly seen in hands of Father Brown and Inspector Mallory (Jack Deam). In "The Missing Man" (S04E07) an M&P revolver is seen next to the body of Ned Le Broc (Oliver Dimsdale).

In the scene in "The Daughter of Autolycus" (S04E05) when Flambeau (John Light) describes one of his plans to steal the relic, he snatches a Browning Hi-Power from the holster of a Pontifical Swiss Guard. The pistol has the same non-standard slide serration as in Seasons 3 and 7; this is supposed to be a Kareen Mk II slide on a standard Browning Hi-Power frame.

In "The Daughter of Autolycus" (S04E05) Nero Hound's henchman (uncredited) is armed with a Makarov PM until Marianne Delacroix (Gina Bramhill) disarms this unlucky thug.
