Gloria is a remake of the 1980 film of the same name that starred Gena Rowlands. The 1999 remake was directed by Sidney Lumet with Sharon Stone in the title role, a former mob mistress who goes on the run after she rescues a young boy whose family was targeted by mafia enforcers. The remake's cast included Mike Starr, Bobby Cannavale, Cathy Moriarty, and George C. Scott, in his final feature film role.
