F/X 2 is the 1991 sequel to 1986's F/X. Bryan Brown returns as Rollie Tyler, a now retired movie special effects expert who's called upon by the NYPD to perform one last "gag" to catch a suspect. When the effect goes awry, Rollie is once again on the run and has to get help from his friend and former cop Leo McCarthy (Brian Dennehy).
