Griffin Cole has a Beretta 92FS in his chest holster placed on his tactical vest in "Wishful Beginnings" (S03E12). Annie uses a 92SF in "Lady Stardust" (S3E16).
Beretta PX4 Storm Inox
In "Hang on to Yourself" (S03E01), a Beretta PX4 Storm Inox is seen in the glove-box of a car Annie is riding in.
Beretta Px4 Storm Sub-Compact
Lena Smith (Sarah Clarke) uses a suppressed Beretta Px4 Storm Sub-Compact to carry out a hit on Simon and Annie in "Glass Spider" (S03E08). Lena Smith is later seen possibly wielding the same pistol without a suppressor while hiding when Auggie interrupts her after she has murdered a document forger in "Suffragette City" (S03E09).

M1911A1
A Somali pirate is armed with an M1911A1 in "The Last Thing You Should Do" (S03E03). Wade Moore (Brendan Hines) takes it from the pirate and uses it as his weapon until they are rescued by Navy SEALs.
Smith & Wesson SW1911 Compact ES
A Smith & Wesson SW1911 Compact ES is used by Simon Fischer (Richard Coyle) in "Glass Spider" (S03E08) to take out an FSB assassin.
Stechkin APS
Annie and an FSB operative use Stechkin APS pistols in "Rock 'n' Roll Suicide" without being fired once (S03E11).

Chiappa Rhino 20DS
In "Sound And Vision" (S03E02), an MSS-hired hitman attempts to draw a Chiappa Rhino 20DS before being disarmed by Augie and Annie. Annie (Piper Perabo) then uses the revolver for the rest of the episode. She uses it in "Glass Spider" (S03E08) as her main sidearm.
Submachine Guns
Blow Crazy
An FSB gunman uses a Blow Crazy standing in for a Heckler & Koch MP5K in "Let's Dance" (S03E10).
Heckler & Koch MP7
CIA SOG operators use Heckler & Koch MP7s as their main submachine gun when they launched an operation to apprehend an FSB assassin in "Glass Spider" (S03E08).

AK-47
Russian soldiers are seen with AK-47s in "Rock 'n' Roll Suicide" (S03E11).
AKM
A few AKMs are used in "The Last Thing You Should Do" (S03E03). Modernized AKMs are used by FSB soldiers and a few Russian soldiers in "Rock 'n' Roll Suicide" (S03E11).

Armed contractors working for Topaz Security armed with Colt M16A2s when initiating its own rescue operation in "The Last Thing You Should Do" (S03E03).
