The Beretta has the safety on in every closeup, strange. And rather than a mocked up SKS, I think that's just a normal Yugoslavian SKS with an aftermarket mag extension. --Funkychinaman (talk) 08:31, 2 April 2017 (EDT)

:The screen SKS has a large rear sight that resembles the one of M14 but cannot be seen on any version of SKS, including the Yugoslavian one. Also I doubt that the moviemakers would use foreign version of Russian made gun that is plenty at hand. That was the reason of IDing this gun as standard SKS with visual modifications. Concerning Beretta, this gun is never seen firing, so it may be even not blank firer but non-firing replica (Denix, possibly, as Denix replicas are widely used in nowdays Russian movies). Wow,the scenes, the plot, the guns. Awesome movie. Even in the second time I seen, still feel like I watched for first time... and is even broadcasted in Italian TV (Italia 1,that is channel 6) sometimes!--Dannyguns (talk) 03:26, 3 June 2017 (EDT)

Flare Pistol

Maybe OSSh-42? It's has trigger guard. Pyramid Silent (talk) 08:10, 2 April 2017 (EDT)

Thanks, I never heard about this model. But the screen gun has facetted barrel while the barrel of OSSh-42 is smooth, so it doesn't match. So sad. Greg-Z (talk) 08:25, 2 April 2017 (EDT)

The Beretta has the safety on in every closeup, strange. And rather than a mocked up SKS, I think that's just a normal Yugoslavian SKS with an aftermarket mag extension. --Funkychinaman (talk) 08:31, 2 April 2017 (EDT)

I came across a closeup of the pistol in movie trailer. There is inscription on the barrel - "Voltran P92", if my eyes doesn't deceive me, and Voltran is another trade mark for EKOL, right? Greg-Z (talk) 10:57, 2 April 2017 (EDT)
