:: I think it's listed for the sake of being inclusive, though I agree I'm not sure even then it should be so as it could give the impression it is some factory variant rather than a specifically-built movie prop. I'd like an admin or two to weigh in on it first but I'd have to say maybe it oughta be taken down. StanTheMan (talk) 15:08, 28 January 2017 (EST)

Or we should say that is not a factory variant. Which is the most pratical choice.--Dannyguns (talk) 05:37, 29 January 2017 (EST)

Beretta/Browning hybrid?

Came across this image online. Looks like a Beretta slide on a browning HP frame. Anyone got any info on this? --Slemke1998 (talk) 14:14, 24 May 2016 (EDT)

A work of art from "Paul" Beretta! But seriously, WTF? --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:20, 24 May 2016 (EDT)
It seems like a lot of British deactivated gun sellers are a bit clueless. I previously made another similar post involving a different seller who was advertising a deactivated "G3" which was actually a CETME--Slemke1998 (talk) 14:36, 24 May 2016 (EDT)

Question

How can tell the difference of name between 92 and 90Two if I heard it in English? In Italian makes sense but in English? --Dannyguns (talk) 05:18, 28 January 2017 (EST)

There really is no way to discern the two in spoken English but that said there hasn't been a Beretta '92' model in ages, they've long been superseded by the F/FS and other letter variants, in which case if you use the full proper model name, that will distinguish it. StanTheMan (talk) 15:08, 28 January 2017 (EST)
Also another question, why is the "Auto 9" listed as a 93R variant in this page? Isn't that a movie/video game thing only? --Ultimate94ninja (talk) 08:22, 28 January 2017 (EST)

I think it's listed for the sake of being inclusive, though I agree I'm not sure even then it should be so as it could give the impression it is some factory variant rather than a specifically-built movie prop.
