Soft Target (DVD release title Crooked) is a 2006 action movie directed by Art Camacho and starring Don "The Dragon" Wilson and Olivier Gruner as two LAPD Detectives who have to guard a call girl, the only whitness of the murder. The gangsters on hunt for the girl are assisted by someone in police department.
The following weapons were used in the film Soft Target:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
Most handguns in the movie are Beretta 92FS pistols. They are used by LAPD detectives, including Capt. John Rouse (Gary Busey), Danny Tyler (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) (in a continuity error his Beretta switches to S&W pistol and back several times), Phil Yordan (Olivier Gruner), Jack Paxton (Fred Williamson), Jake Lawlor (Martin Kove), Buzz (Suzanne von Schaack), Tom (Maurice Lamont), and Jose (Mark Parra), and criminals, including Franco Nugentti Jr. (Michael Cavalieri) and his henchmen. During the shootout in the park Tyler gives his pistol to Angel (Diana Kauffman).
Beretta 92FS Inox
Some gangsters use Beretta 92FS Inox pistols. In the final scene Det. J.J. Dratler (Jerry Airola) uses a Beretta Inox.
Glock 17
Det. Danny Tyler (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) carries a Glock 17. In the scene in gym hall Angel (Diana Kauffman) manages to get Tyler's gun. Later Tyler's pistol switches to a Beretta 92FS and to a S&W pistol in continuity errors. A Glock is also seen in hands of a street thug when Phil Yordan (Olivier Gruner) single-hand defeats a gang. Franco Nugentti Jr. (Michael Cavalieri) holds a Glock in the final scene.
Smith & Wesson 5904
In a continuity error Tyler's (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) Glock switches to an early model Smith & Wesson 5904. In turn this gun switches to Beretta 92FS and then back to S&W pistol.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Several gangsters carry Smith & Wesson 5906 pistols.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
What appears to be a Mossberg 500 Cruiser is used by Nugentti's henchman during the final shootout.
Other Weapons
DefTech 37mm launcher
In the final scene one of Nugentti's henchmen is armed with a DefTech 37mm launcher. Tyler (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) shoots the gangster and uses the gun with devastating effect.
