Death Warrant is a 1990 Canadian-American action film directed by Deran Sarafian (Terminal Velocity) and stars Jean-Claude Van Damme as Louis Burke, a detective who goes undercover as a convict in a state prison in order to investigate numerous unexplained deaths of inmates.
