:: Definitely a FAL series variant on that one, possibly a LAR as the base gun. I think the Hi-Power might be a FEG from the trigger guard. :::Maybe the base FAL for customised rifle is a FAL 50.41 (South African version R1HB) as this model already has a bipod? About Hi-Power: as far as I know, a version of FEG with angular trigger guard appeared only in 1990s and previous version had a Hi-Power-style rounded trigger guard. Or I'm wrong?
