			When exactly did other manufacturers start making M4A1s? Wikipedia claims that Colt's exclusive contract ran out in 2011, and I seem to recall FN's contracts being a relatively recent thing, so a fair number of the games you've been changing presumably still based their M4A1s off Colt-produced guns simply because those were the only "real" M4A1s in existence at the time.

	Why would you think it would be banned? America doesn't believe in that sort of thing. We have some really VILE ANTI AMERICAN movies here like Redacted which isn't banned. Why would we ban an adventure movie like Solo Voyage. In fact, even at the height of the COLD WAR, when Rambo II came out, Stallone spoke about Solo Voyage and how he hoped that there could be a double billing, i.e. a showing of both films. A lot of guys in the U.S. Military were looking forward to seeing the movie, if only to laugh at how us (the American military) was portrayed. We figured, hey, the Soviets are the villains in our movies, they should be able to do the same. It's all in good fun. I was in West Berlin at the time and we saw our share of Communist Bloc troops over the wire. At the time I was going, Wow, it sure would be nice to get some of those AK variants and ship them home! LOL. It took me a long time to get over my prejudice against Russians after 1990 because it all happened so suddenly. Poof, we weren't enemies anymore after DECADES of dislike and distrust. If you want a more mainstream view of how most Americans viewed the Russians during the Cold War look at [[Firefox]], rather than [[Red Dawn]] it being too much comic book stuff, even for those of us who hated the Commies :) It took a short while but eventually I got over it and don't even think about it.
