'''''The Third Wave''''' is a 2003 Swedish action film, starring [[Jakob Eklund]] as ex-police officer Johan Falk. Falk has left his job at the Gothenburg police, wanting to leave his former life behind. But when an old friend wants to meet him about a possible job in Europol, he gets entangled with European mobsters. Witnessing the execution of his friend, he ends up on the run with a woman the mobsters are after. Falk has to fight against organized crime to get justice, and more importantly, revenge.

One of the hitmen, Monteux ([[Alain Azerot]]) uses a [[Beretta 92FS]] as his sidearm in the film. He wields it during the restaurant scene in The Hague. After Monteux's demise, Rocca takes his Beretta and chases after Johan Falk ([[Jakob Eklund]]). The Beretta stays as Rocca's sidearm for the remainder of the film.
