A flashback scene in "The Golden Pince-Nez" (S01E03) shows the events, set in Russia about twenty year prior the events of the episode. Russian soldiers or police (their uniform is absolutely fictional) carry [[Mosin Nagant M1891]] rifles while dispersing the workers' demonstration in Sankt-Peterburg. Most rifles are of Infanrty model, some original M91s and some in 1910 modification. The scene turns out to be set in 1880s, so M1891 rifles doesn't fit for that time.
