	Got it! It's an old Mossberg 144LS. Took a couple of screen caps and a few hour's search on Gunbroker.com and the Googles, and voila. I'm creating a page for it right now so we can link it. 	Sorry the 22 rifle is not a Mossberg 144LS. The 144LS is a more modern weapon and doesn't look a lot like this one. Its actually a Mossberg 42M with the front portion of the Mannlicher stock missing. The black that you see on the front of the stock is the blued metal ban that connected the 2 pieces of the Mossberg Mannlicher stock. 			:The sights don't match the 42M and the mag doesn't seem to match. But the black bit does have a sling swivel. I really don't know. I've scoured gun blogs, history sites, and auction sites, and this one continues to elude. I'll keep looking.
